How do I make payment?

To protect our customers, we accept payments exclusively via paypal.com.  Paypal is recognized throughout the world as being a safe, reputable online payment management company.  Paypal is designed to protect your payment information from being exposed.

To pay for an item on thelungstore.com, just click "proceed to check out" in your shopping cart.  If you currently have a paypal account, simply log in to make your payment.  If not, you can easily enter your credit card information to process the order.

Will I get charged Sales Tax?

Our headquarters is located in Manchester, CT. So, the only customers that will be charged sales tax are those that reside in Connecticut (6% sales tax). 

How long does it take to ship my products?

Products are usually shipped the same day or within 1-2 business days at the latest. If we are back-ordered on any item, we will notify you via email and send out the products we have on hand. Once, the remaining product (s) arrive, we will ship them out immediately for you at no extra charge.

Can I order by mail? What should I do?

Can I order over the phone?

To keep our prices down and our business model simple, we currently do not maintain a call center.  Our services and customer support are currently offered entirely online.  But do feel free to email us! 

Do you ever sell or give my personal information to anyone else?

Absolutely not!! We will never sell or give any of your personal information (your name, phone number, email address, shipping, billing addresses) to anyone, EVER!! This is a very strictly enforced policy. Your information is completely private.

Will I be charged customs fees for international orders?

In some cases, you may be charged by your country for customs, duties, or various taxes. These fees are not associated or controlled by The Lung Store LLC, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

I'm outside the USA, how much is shipping and how long will it take to get my order?

International orders require a custom shipping quote. Please contact us with your shipping address for additional shipping information.

Generally, packages take about 3-7 business days to arrive once they are shipped. However, customs can hold packages for a period of days or even weeks before letting them through. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long they keep a package, but usually, it is only for a few days, if at all.

How do I order?

Ordering product from www.thelungstore.com is easy.  At the bottom of each product description page you have an option to "Add to Cart."  This will add the item to your shopping cart.  You can then continue shopping or check out.  When you are finished shopping, proceed to checkout, and follow the simple steps on the screen.
